BOWMAN PLACE OF OLD BEDFORD
Bedford, NH
The recently completed Bowman Place of Olde Bedford is Bedford's newest and most up to date 95,000 s.f. assisted living facility. The home includes a mix of assisted living and memory care apartments. Amenities include a country café, activity rooms, library, fitness room, memory gardens, walking paths, and a spacious two-story dining room.
TRINITY HIGH/ST. JOSEPH JUNIOR HIGH – ADDITION AND RENOVATION
Manchester, NH
Students, staff, and parents are ecstatic with the results of the newly construction St. Joseph Junior High on the campus of Trinity High School in Manchester. This project represents the merger of 2 schools with construction of a 60,000 s.f. addition and renovation to the existing 64,000 high school. From the state of the art classrooms and laboratory spaces, to the fine arts, robotics engineering lab, and academic study spaces, this facility provides enhanced development opportunities for all students. The project was completed with a rigorous construction schedule while maintaining operation of the existing facilities.
BOW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – ADDITION AND RENOVATION
Bow, NH
Renovations continue at the Bow Elementary School while students take occupancy of the recently completed 8 classroom addition. Administrators are also enjoying the addition to the main offices. The project, slated for completion in early 2025, includes a new elevator, fire protection systems, and nurse’s area.
NEW BOSTON FIRE STATION
New Boston, NH
Construction for the New Boston Fire Station recently commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony and site excavation. The 18,000 s.f. station will include 4 apparatus bays, emergency operations center, fire administration offices, and living quarters. The station is designed with long term sustainability and low operating costs in mind. The nearly $10 million dollar project is being funded through a grant by the Department of Defense as this station will provide mission critical services to the town of New Boston as well as the federally owned New Boston Space Force Station.
NORTH HAMPTON SAFETY COMPLEX
North Hampton, NH
North Hampton Police and Fire departments were excited to move into their new safety complex in late 2022. This 26,000 s.f. facility assures each department will efficiently operate their respective departments while allowing for growth to ensure the town of North Hampton will be well served for many years to come. Town administrators and taxpayers were thrilled that the project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
