Bowman Place of Old Bedford
Bedford, NH
The recently completed Bowman Place of Olde Bedford is Bedford's newest and most up to date 95,000 s.f. assisted living facility. The home includes a mix of assisted living and memory care apartments. Amenities include a country café, activity rooms, library, fitness room, memory gardens, walking paths, and a spacious two-story dining room.
Members First Credit Union
Manchester, NH
Construction of the new branch and corporate offices for Members First Credit Union began in the summer of 2020. This cornerstone location at Elm and Salmon Street is a 4-story building with brick veneer, large windows, and steeply pitched gables that replicate the historic buildings of Manchester's north end. The facility includes a large lobby and 2 drive through lanes for their members, as well as management offices and a training center. The facility will be completed summer of 2021.
Eastern Analytical
Concord, NH
Eastern Analytical is relocating to a new 15,000 s.f water quality testing laboratory currently underway on Antrim Avenue in Concord. This state-of-the-art facility will include several testing laboratories, offices, training center, and a large garage for EAI's drilling division. With the newest and most reliable testing equipment available, this new facility will enable EAI to continue their growth as a leader in the water quality testing field. The project was designed by Lavallee Brensinger Architects and Nobis Engineering with construction management services being provided by Conneston Construction, Inc.
Peabody Home
Franklin, NH
Residents and staff at Peabody Home are excited to see construction is underway on the new 77 unit assisted living facility. The original home, the 'mansion on Central Street,' was constructed in 1941 and opened in October of the following year. Over time, upgrades and additions kept pace with changing eldercare standards. Currently construction of the new 63,632 square foot Peabody Place is being done in two phases. Phase one of the project includes a brand-new assisted living and memory care center which will be completed in December 2021. Phase 2 includes several independent living apartments as well as amenities like activity rooms, a café, fitness center, and salon. Phase 2 will be completed in late 2022. The building design is provided by EGA Architects with construction management services by Engelberth Construction.
