Marc R. Jobin - Owner
 
Marc brings over 30 years construction related experience to every project he is involved with. His knowledge and complete understanding of budget development, project bidding and negotiating, construction management, and construction monitoring are an asset to any project team. Marc has personally been involved in every aspect of construction from residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
 
The types of projects he has dealt with range from wood framed to preengineered steel buildings to conventional steel structures for schools, churches, hospitals, office buildings, retail stores, and institutional buildings.
 
As chief estimator, Marc has lead the project team in budget preparation, project bidding, value engineering, and cost controls. As project manager, Marc has supervised sub-contractors, maintained project development and construction schedules.
 
A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Marc has received a high quality education with the practical field experience necessary to gain a full understanding of design, engineering, and construction.
